71st World Congress of International PEN
The 71st World Congress of International PEN was held in Bled,Slovenia from 14th to 20th June, 2005. This Congress was attended with a total number of official delegates and participants of 250. From Tibetan Writers Abroad PEN Centre, our member Mr. Lukar Sham and Mrs. Tsering Yangkey participated.
