72nd World Congress of International PEN

The 72nd International P.E.N Congress "Writing in a World without Peace" was held from 22nd to 28th May 2006 in Berlin, Germany. Horst Kohler, Federal President of Germany welcomed more than 450 writers from PEN Centres in 144 countries around the world. From Tibetan Writers Abroad PEN Centre, our member Mr. Kunthar and Mr. Dolma Kyab(official delegates), and Mr. Tsering Dhondup, Mr. Thupten, Mr. Guru Dorjee and Mr. Samten Gyatso (participants) attended it successfully.
