Commemoration of The 70th Birthday of H.H The Dalai Lama by Tibetan Writers Abroad PEN Centre
Dharamsala, July 06: On the auspicious 70th Birthday of His Holiness Dalai Lama, 6th July 2005, the Tibetan Writers Abroad PEN Centre in co-operation with Tibetan Translation House distributed about 2000 free copies of the following books at the Theckchen Choeling Temple, Dharamsala.
- Non-violent Action in the Liberation of Latvia by Olgerts Eglitis a Tibetan translation.
- The Tibetan poetry book titled " Desire hold towards life", written by our member Gyaltsen Choedak
- A Tibetan book titled "Indelible Oral Story", written by Kathup Gyal, General Secretary of TWAPEN and Amdo Rigzin
- "Tragic Story of My Land" written by former minister Alag Tsayi Rinpoche
- "Gentle and peace", a collection book of Speeches of H.H The Dalai Lama. Published by Tibetan Translation House
- "Dalai Lama in the eyes of Chinese intellectuals", a collection book, published by Tibetan Translation House.
- " Harbor of literature", published by Tsom rig dru kha editing association.
- " Biography of 10th Panchen Lama" by memorial managing association
- " Life and conviction", the translation of speeches of H.H. The Dalai Lama from Tibetan into Chinese
- " Prayer to save Tibet, the religious zone on top of the world" by Zoegye Yeshi Gyatso
