Opening Ceremony
The Opening Ceremony of Tibetan Writers Abroad PEN Centre conducted on 19th March, 1999 at Norbulingka Institution. Kalon Tripa Mr. Sonam Topgyal invited for the Opening Ceremony as the Chief-Guest and the Representative of ATPD Ven. Tsering Phuntsok, some ex Kalons, General Secretaries of Departments of Tibetan Government-in-Exile, people who have interest in literary work and writers with a total number of more than 100 attended this Opening Ceremony.
